As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you will manage the testing strategy, processes, and resources for the Decisions platform. You will work closely with multiple departments—including Cloud Ops, Developers, Documentation, Professional Services, R&D, Solutions, and Support—to identify core issues and prioritize fixes within tight release schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to test the platform effectively across multiple versions and tight timelines.

Conduct both automated and manual testing as part of a global QA team.

Write automated tests using C# along with web automation frameworks like Playwright.
