years of industry expertise

More than two decades ago, we started with a simple belief: the people who understand how their business works should be able to build and control how its processes run.
With the right tools, teams can move faster, adapt more easily, and operate with greater clarity and control.
That’s why Decisions exists.
We give organizations one platform to automate, orchestrate, and govern the processes behind their business—from the everyday to the mission-critical.
The people who understand the business best should have the power to build and control how it runs—without waiting on developers or IT backlogs.
Speed without oversight creates risk. The best automation makes things faster and clearer at the same time—so you always know what's happening and why.
Our platform is built to adapt. As new technologies emerge, Decisions adjusts—so your investment grows with you, not against you.
The way we build, lead, and grow starts with what we value. These principles shape our decisions, our culture, and the way we show up for our customers and each other.

Our leadership brings deep experience in building companies, scaling operations, and advancing how organizations automate, orchestrate, and improve work.

Decisions works with organizations of all sizes, from teams improving day-to-day operations to enterprises orchestrating complex systems, decisions, and AI-driven processes.
Decisions brings workflows, rules, AI orchestration, and governance together in one platform. Instead of stitching together separate tools, organizations can build, automate, and control how work runs in one place.
Whether you're looking to automate workflows, orchestrate AI, or bring order to complex operations, let's talk to determine how we can help.
AI should enhance decision-making, not replace accountability. We believe in giving organizations the tools to govern AI—not just deploy it.

The platform is designed for the people closest to the work to shape how it runs, while still supporting governance and control. That means business and technical teams can work together without every change depending on developer backlogs.
Decisions treats AI as something to govern, not just deploy. AI can enhance speed and decision-making, but it should operate with intention, visibility, and oversight.
Yes. Decisions is built to support everything from simple approvals and task automation to complex, cross-system operations with governed decisions, AI, and full auditability.
